The story of our journey

K-Farm was born from a dream, an intuition, an idea: to give new life to a 1400s villa "Villa Castellani, Manni" located on the edge of the Tirondolo hill in San Tomio di Malo, near Vicenza.

At K-Farm we define ourselves as tailors, we sew your dreams with reality. The villa, a minor expression of the early Renaissance, is marked by three large arches on the ground floor, while the main floor is punctuated by five openings with the elegant and unusual central mullioned window with a bell-shaped capital and vaults in Vicenza stone, which characterizes the entire facade . The villa was purchased at the end of 2016 and has been expertly renovated in 17 months of planning and painstaking work to create a restaurant, a hotel, a lounge bar and soon a wellness center.
