Access to exhibitors and fitters is allowed only if they have a special set-up and dismantling pass that can be printed in advance from the Safety Portal in the Reserved Area.
The day before exhibitors can access showing the pass for set-up, while they will be able to gain access by showing their exhibitor's pass during the event days.
Please note that the stands must be completed the day before the event.

All the useful information to stay in the exhibition centre.
You can downlowd it from your Reserved Area, the exhibitor badge does is created for your own personal usage.
It is strictly forbidden to provide it to a third person and it allows a maximum of 4 entries/exits per day.

You can find in your reserved area the badge you can use to entry during the event and not during set-up and dismantling days.
