Pescare Show lands in Rimini
New location for the Italian Exhibition Group's trade show where the sport fishing, boating and outdoor community can meet again.

- New location for Italian Exhibition Group's trade show that assembles the sport fishing, boating and outdoor community;
- The event will be held in the halls of Rimini Expo Centre from 7th to 9th February 2025;
- A further event in Naples is scheduled in March.
A new location for “PESCARE SHOW - THE INTERNATIONAL EVENT FOR SPORT FISHING”, the big trade show for sport fishing, boating and outdoor activities organised by IEG, Italian Exhibition Group.
With a view to expanding its exhibition spaces and reference sectors and placing greater focus on sea fishing (alongside the inland water fishing sector, which is still a core sector of the event) and water sports in general, Pescare Show will be held at the Rimini Expo Centre (Italy) for the first time from 7th to 9th February 2025: a mutual decision between sector Associations, the main exhibiting companies and the stakeholders, who were recently hosted at Rimini Expo Centre to experience these developments first-hand and to share plans for 2025. An important and highly functional meeting.
Moving the international sport fishing, boating and outdoor activities exhibition to Rimini is therefore not only a geographical change, but also a chance to further enrich the event with more brands and initiatives related to sea fishing and boating.
New entries starting from the casting pool structures within Rimini Expo Centre as demo areas for casting events to the possibility of organising a real Off Show with sea trials thanks to the involvement of Club Nautico Rimini (the Rimini Nautical Club).
All this obviously along with training sessions - such as activities to introduce children and those with special needs to fishing and boating - and focus on fishing organised in collaboration with important scientific and university bodies in the field of environmental protection, which has always been a feature of Pescare Show.
Organised by IEG in partnership with FIPSAS (Italian Federation of Sport Fishing and Underwater Activities), which will be included in the calendar of conferences, in-depth events and educational activities, and with the patronage of Assonat (National Association of Docks and Marinas), Pescare Show is Italy’s leading trade show and reference event for the sport fishing and boating community: an industry that talks about people and passion, based on experience and a sense of belonging.
Moreover, with the 2025 edition, the event's internationalisation development will be endorsed by associations and stakeholders from all over Europe thanks to partnerships such as Effa, the European Fly Fishing Association, Angling International (Europe’s leading B2B magazine) and Inside Fishing, and the renewal of media partnerships with H2O magazine and Italian Fishing Tv.
The event, scheduled to take place in Rimini from 7th to 9th February 2025, will not only be a meeting point for all the sport and recreational fishing sectors, but also for the boating, shipbuilding, electronics and the entire outdoor activity world in terms of life in the open air, love and respect for nature, and all sporting activities where water is the element of reference. An example? Combining a passion for nature, outdoor activities such as trekking and biking with freshwater fishing using ultralight rods. An activity that is even conquering the younger generation.
Besides the casting pools inside the Expo Centre, other areas organised as part of Pescare Show will include “Aquademo” (the giant aquarium specifically for product demonstrations and speeches by content creators and pro-staffs), “Fly Tying Experience” (dedicated to fly fishing and attended by the world's best artificial fly producers), the “Social Media Village” to meet influencers and pro-staffs of several companies, sportsmen and sector experts, and “Content Hub”, a talk area designed for meetings and product presentations.
During Pescare Show, the Railway station inside Rimini Expo Centre will ensure maximum accessibility to enthusiasts and companies.
After the Rimini edition, Pescare Show 2025 will move to Naples as part of the Mostra d'Oltremare in March.
