Let's build with Andrea Pegorin the Smeraldina Fly?

Fly name: Smeraldina Fly

Manufacturer: Andrea Pegorin

Required:

short shank hook size 12,

black mounting wire,

some bright green polypropylene fibers for the body,

2 cul de canard feathers (cdc),

1 partridge feather

Steps:
  1. With the assembly wire, stop some polypropylene fibers, twist them on themselves and wind them on the hook forming the abdomen of the fly.
  2. Prepare the cdc and with a pin divide the wire, then insert the fibers inside it. Turn the spooler and wind it in coils by combing it back.
  3. Attach a partridge feather to the tip and wrap it in front of the CDC, then stop it.
  4. Using the assembly wire, make the closing knot forming the fly head.
  5. Tear off excess fibers and comb. Secure with a drop of glue on the knot
