Longcasting around the world with Biagio Morra

Event

Longcasting around the world with Biagio Morra

Hall C1 - Content Hub

The content hub was born as a structured editorial and educational project, designed to tell about longcasting in an authoritative, technical, and accessible way. The central speaker and face of the content is Biagio Morra, three-time longcasting champion, who will provide an in-depth analysis based on real experience gained through years of competitions, specialized courses, and travels around the world.
Within the Content Hub, Morra will first discuss what differentiates a longcaster from a traditional angler. It's not just about physical strength, but coordination, timing, technique, posture, and the ability to read equipment. Great emphasis will be placed on casting techniques with weights, analyzed progressively and in detail: from the correct setup of the gesture to the most advanced casts, focusing on safety, rod loading, mass management, and distance optimization based on conditions.
A central element is also the new concept introduced by Bad Bass with their new rods, designed to cover all the needs of modern surfcasting. From entry-level options, such as the Alta Marea and Invision series, designed for those approaching the discipline, to the International Match, developed to handle any pure surfcasting condition. Ample space is also dedicated to the Trio, in Slim and Power versions, ideal for long distances and the competitive world, up to the Panther rods, specific for Japanese Nage and angled casts.
Bad Bass rods will be described by Morra through his experience: in his courses, during international trips, and in various fishing and field conditions, making the content hub a credible, technical tool oriented towards the concrete growth of the longcaster, from the advanced enthusiast to the competitive angler.
