Fly fishing is an angling method whose name derives from specific artificial baits built in a way that resembles every life stage of both water insects (the ones originating, growing up, reproducing and terminating their existence in water) and so-called terrestrial insects such as ants, grasshoppers, wasps, etc.

In any case, the lure is called “fly” even though it imitates other creatures constituting part of a fish diet, such as other fish species, shrimps, etc.

Biography

I am 54 years old and I started fishing with an uncle when I was only 4. In short, I passed half a century on the banks of rivers and seas...wow!

I discovered fly fishing about thirty years ago and I started tying my own flies immediately.

I have participated in the most important fairs in the world for many years now, I work with Mosca & Spinning and I started to publish articles for the English magazine Fly Fishing & Fly Tying this year.

My flies are published in several authors' books scattered all over the world.

Despite my "service seniority", I still want to transmit what I have learned during all these years.

I wait for you together with the other builders at the Fly Tying Experience.
