I’m a saltwater fly specialist & have been for many years now. Growing up in the rural coast of South Africa in Port St Johns, I was lucky to get a huge variety of both cold & tropical fish in my teens & early adult life, thanks to some of the local fishing legends who taught me the basics of saltwater tying & fishing after moving from trout & bass water as a kid. Now I don’t get to travel as much as I would like & all my saltwater fishing is done here in Ireland for Sea Bass, but I still supply flies around the world to folks that are hitting destinations that I can only dream of going to.
