Tom Doc loves trout and will go anywhere to catch them.
Lucky for him that he hails from Galway and lives on the shores of the mighty Lough Corrib in the West of Ireland, so he doesn’t have to travel far.
He operates as a guide on the Irish Loughs of Corrib, Mask and Carra. Tom has been guiding since the mid 1990’s and has had a long involvement with the tackle trade as well.
He is currently the Irish agent for Fulling Mill along with being a consultant for them. He has written many articles for both Irish and British magazines and currently co presents the popular Irish Fly-Fishing Podcast; Ireland on the Fly. A keen competition angler he has fished for Ireland on nine occasions.
