Marine biologist and research fellow at the Anton Dohrn Zoological Station. Recreational fishing has been part of her journey since childhood, from sea trips with her father to monitoring the activity along the southern Italian coasts. Her research aims to fill a knowledge gap in an economically and socially relevant sector that is still little studied. She believes in the dialogue between fishermen and science for sustainable management and effective conservation.
