I started fishing at a young age on the streams and lakes of upper Friuli using various techniques, then between study and work I moved away from home, but the passion for fishing remained, indeed, it matured and evolved and that's where I began to love fly fishing, discovering the connection with nature that only this technique can convey. For a few years now, fascinated by the manual skills and knowledge of the great masters of feathers and hair, I have approached the vise and the world of construction, dedicating myself exclusively to dry flies, those beautiful hunting flies that are so appreciated in streams. I am an extremely curious person and I love experimenting with less noble methods and materials, almost always tying with simplicity and effectiveness in mind and, when the flies look good, I have recently been sharing them for fun on Instagram, through my page Dryfly for Dummies.
