Match Fishing Italia has organized a major event dedicated to Italy’s lakes — a coarse fishing competition using the RBS technique, forming part of the “off-fair” events of Pescare Show 2026.
The project was developed in collaboration with the direction of Match Fishing Italia, Scarpellini Store with Ivan Faedi, and the Pescare Show staff.

🏆 Competition Format
The trophy consists of two stages:
-
First stage:
Held in each team’s local lake, where participants usually fish. Each lake independently decides the competition format. -
Second stage (Final):
Scheduled for February 14, 2026, at the Laghi Pascoli complex in Forlì-Cesena (both the large and small lakes), a well-known venue that has already hosted several Italian carp lake championships.

🐟 Participants and Setup
To accommodate the high demand, the number of participating teams has been increased from 18 to 22, using both the large lake and the smaller one, known as Pascolino.
Thus, three athletes from each team will fish in the large lake, while one athlete will compete in the small lake.
This initiative aims to involve all fishing lakes in Italy, promoting and supporting the places where the passion for fishing is born and cultivated.
The goal is to offer great visibility to all participating lakes.
Registrations are SOLD OUT!
