From February 13 to 15, 2026, Club Nautico Rimini will be present at Pescare Show with its own stand at the Rimini Exhibition Centre, Hall A1, Stand 198. The space is designed as a meeting point for enthusiasts, families, professionals, and curious visitors—an open invitation to discover the world of the Club and its sea-related activities up close.

The Club Nautico Rimini stand will be shared with IGFA – International Game Fish Association, Big Game Italia, and the MedSharks project, creating an area dedicated to responsible sport fishing, scientific outreach, and marine environmental protection. A place for discussion and storytelling, where fishing is presented not only as a sport, but also as culture, knowledge, and respect for the sea.
During Pescare Show, Club Nautico Rimini will present all of its activities (it is affiliated with FIV – Italian Sailing Federation, FIM – Italian Powerboating Federation, FIPSAS – Italian Federation of Sport Fishing and Underwater Activities, FIC – Italian Rowing Federation, and CIP – Italian Paralympic Committee), with particular focus on the Sea School, the heart of the club’s educational program. This pathway combines traditional nautical disciplines with sport fishing, offering opportunities for introduction, learning, and growth—especially for children and young people. Within the Sea School, fishing plays an educational role, developed also thanks to the support of IGFA’s Passport to Fishing program, which promotes a conscious, safe, and rule-respecting approach to fishing and the ecosystem.

Club Nautico Rimini invites members, enthusiasts, and visitors to stop by the stand to learn more about the club’s sporting, educational, and social activities, meet the staff, and share experiences, ideas, and projects related to sport fishing and life at sea.
The Club’s presence is part of the ongoing growth of Pescare Show, which—after its Rimini debut in 2025—recorded, according to organizers’ data, a 50% increase in visitors and strong growth in its international component. This evolution found a natural home in Rimini, a territory where the sea is an integral part of local identity. Along this path, Club Nautico Rimini played an active role in helping the event take root locally. Through the work of its President and several members, and thanks to established relationships in the boating and sport fishing worlds, the Club contributed to building connections and dialogue that supported the move of the show from Vicenza to Rimini and its expansion toward the sea. A step that strengthened the presence of saltwater fishing and opened more structured opportunities for the related ecosystem—from boatyards and industry companies to services and professional expertise linked to recreational boating.

“Seeing Pescare Show grow in Rimini means enhancing an essential part of our city,” emphasizes Gianfranco Santolini, President of Club Nautico Rimini. “Here, fishing is sport, tradition, and knowledge of the sea. Believing in this event meant investing in a vision of a city that lives the sea all year round and knows how to host events capable of generating real value.”
For Club Nautico Rimini, this value is also reflected in attention to members’ passions and in the direct promotion of saltwater sport fishing. This perspective also includes the 23rd City of Rimini Offshore Fishing Trophy – Big Game Drifting Catch & Release, organized in collaboration with Big Game Italia and Pescare Show, scheduled for September 18–20, 2026. This well-established event attracts crews and enthusiasts from all over Italy and confirms the Club’s role as a reference point for the discipline and as a promoter of a responsible fishing culture deeply connected to the territory.
The collaboration between Pescare Show, the exhibition organizer, and Club Nautico Rimini thus fits into a shared vision that sees fishing not only as a sport or a market, but as a heritage of knowledge, relationships, and maritime culture, strengthening the bond between the port, the city, and the community.
