I played in the Phoenix orchestra for years, before becoming a chef and opening my own restaurant in Venice. Life is always unpredictable, indeed now I have a wine distribution in Ireland and go around the world cooking for Hollywood stars and European nobility.

One spring day some years ago, I tried – quite by chance - to fly fishing and it was love at first sight. Making my own flies was the natural next step.

I practice the "loch style” above all, the traditional Irish system of fishing on the big lakes. My great passion is the sea trout. As a result, my flies are inspired by the Irish tradition, but I always like experimenting with new materials and techniques.
