The fifth edition of the Mondial Cup has recently come to an end, an event that has now become a must-attend appointment for all carp fishing enthusiasts. Organized by Riccardo Fanucchi together with his staff, the event once again confirmed the high standards and great passion that define it.
The competition took place in Pietrafitta from April 30 to May 3: four intense, non-stop days during which numerous teams competed in an exciting contest that remained open until the very last moments. The rankings changed continuously, especially at the top of the leaderboard, making the competition even more thrilling.
Once again this year, La Rubrica del Carpista took part with two teams, in collaboration with Turroni Pesca Sport, a partnership that has been growing stronger year after year. The teams stood out for their strong team spirit and determination, facing the competition with commitment and passion. The catches were numerous and impressive: in some cases, the total weight exceeded 400 kg, a clear testament to the extremely high level of the event.
From an organizational point of view, the event was managed impeccably. Precise timing, effective coordination, and great attention to detail ensured smooth operations, contributing to a positive experience for all participants.
One of the most appreciated aspects was the harmony among competitors: experienced anglers and passionate amateurs shared the same fishing area in an atmosphere of respect and cooperation, a perfect example of the true spirit of carp fishing.
As for the podium, victory went to Predigeriti, followed by GPO Tubertini Team in second place and DP Plomb 57 in third. These teams distinguished themselves through consistency, strategy, and excellent management throughout all phases of the competition.
Thus concludes the fifth edition of the Mondial Cup, leaving behind positive memories and a strong desire to get back on the bank. The event is already scheduled for next year, ready to deliver new challenges and emotions. La Luce del Carpista will also be there, ready to step back into the competition and once again experience this extraordinary event.
