Shaped foam
Steps:
Shape the full body.
Prepare the wings.
Mount the hook with loose thread wraps for securing.
Fix the body in the correct position with a drop of super glue.
Attach the wings.
Finish the fly by tying in the legs and making the whip finish knot.
